Came in for eyebrow tint and wax yesterday. I was left with burns and scarring around the area that has gotten really obvious today and am not happy at all. It was a very unprofessional and am very disappointed as I expected more from a reputable place, which is why I chose to go there. I have had services at other essential beauty in the past and was never an issue. I wouldnt recommend their services and wouldn’t return back here either Edit: 1/1/24 - Despite comment below, I've had no contact from the salon at all.

The service attitude is very poor. I accompanied my friend to the ear bone piercing. The price is expensive. My friend’s English is not good and my friend bought the spray (we don’t need it at all). Later we asked for a refund for the spray. The service attitude is very poor. If it is because of our language, do we treat us as pigs?

Went to buy a plain clicker ring for my septum and the lady was actually trying to argue that the ring could only go in for a nose piercing. Most rings are somewhat universal, I’ve had piercings for 10 years now and have put all types of different jewellery in, I don’t get why it matters to her where I put the ring as I’m purchasing it with my own money. Even at the start of the interaction her attitude sucked! If you want people to spend money at your store work on your customer service skills! I walked out and bought the same thing from off ya tree 😋 would give 0/10 if I could

Had my ears pierced in August and one earing got lost while travelling. The ear lobes closed without knowing it. Went back to the store today and the manager redone it for me nicely. She explained why did my ear piercing suddenly close and solved my problem so effectively. I greatly appreciated their professionalism and dedication to delivering outstanding quality work for clients.

I have loved and adored coming to Essential beauty every appointment. I regularly see Molly for all my beauty care, she makes it an enjoyable experience every single time. I have perviously been nervous about going to beauty appointment but now I always feel comfortable and even look forward to them thanks to Molly and how comfortable she makes them, it is kind of like a social outing now it's lovely and I always walk out feeling more confident and refreshed. Thank you to Molly and all the team for creating a beautiful and comfortable environment to come into :)

I got my navel pierced today at 3 o'clock. It was a very bad experience. My navel was pierced incorrectly and another hole was opened again I mean she repierced. It was a very painful process. and I paid $130 including the washing gel. But I couldn't get any service to pay this amount. My blood pressure dropped because of the struggle with my belly i was almost passed out. Still I I can’t understand how they charged me?? . In that case, unhappy client bad service; you must refund my money
